Mission: The Center for Information Dominance
(CID) provides cryptology training to military and
civilian personnel of the Department of Defense,
non-DoD and international military students. CID
integrates training for the key disciplines of
information dominance – exploit, attack, defend
and operate. It oversees career management and
training for officer and enlisted students in the
fields of information warfare, information
professional, crypotolotic and information
technology. CID trains 16,000 students annually at
17 detachments and learning sites throughout the
United States and Japan. The bases Naval Security
Group Activity provides worldwide support to
cryptologic operations. The schools is accredited by
the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools.
